Retention and Advisement Center
The Retention and Advisement Center is open for drop-in advising Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. You may also make an appointment by calling (423)425-4573.
Purpose
The Retention and Advisement Center is charged with providing support activities and data necessary for the University's mandatory advisement process. The academic advisement process is, therefore, an avenue whereby students can obtain information regarding other support services needed or desired in the attainment of their educational and/or career goals. Staff in the Center monitor the success of students enrolled in the Developmental Studies program, conditionally admitted students, and students having academic difficulties.
