To request a copy of your UTC transcript, please complete the Transcript Request Form.
Your UTC transcript can not be released without your signature. You can fax the form in to 423-425-2172 or mail it in to

If you would like to come into the office and pick up your transcript, you can complete the transcript request form in the office.
If you have a hold (such as an exit interview for financial aid or you have a monetary hold), your transcript can not be released.
Transcript questions should be directed to 423-425-4102.
