BID REQUIREMENTS

IF YOU DID NOT RECEIVE A NEW BID NOTICE POSTCARD, YOU MUST FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS BELOW.

You must first fill out an Intent to Bid Form. Failure to fill out this form will result in your bid being REJECTED.  NOTE: When filling out the Online Bid Request Form, use the collective number listed below for the applicable RFP/RFQ.

Vendors wishing  to submit bids for more than one RFQ/RFP must submit an Online Bid Request Form for each bid.

If you are NOT a registered bidder for UTC a  Bidders Application Form  is required in ADDITION TO the Online Bid Request Form.

When an addendum to a listed RFQ/RFP is issued, notification will be posted only on this web site. It is the bidder's responsibility to check this web site frequently for addendums.
