Bid packages are no longer mailed to bidders. NEW
BID NOTICE POSTCARDS are mailed to vendors who then access this web page to print the official bid documents.
All bidders not receiving a New Bid Notice Postcard
must submit an Intent to Bid Form by clicking on the "Intent to
Bid Form " link below.
View active RFQ/RFP review documents by clicking on the Collective Number
below then, if you wish to submit a bid and did not receive a New Bid Notice Postcard, click on the"
Intent to Bid Form " link and carefully follow instructions
to access offical bid documents. If you received a New Bid Notice Postcard print the bid document and place the peel-off label from the postcard in the space indicated on the first page of the RFQ/RFP document. INTENT TO BID FORM
If you wish to bid on requirements for UTC and are not currently on The UT Bidders List, in addition to the Online Intent to Bid Form you need to fill out a Bidder List Application Form, e-mail it to the address on the instruction page.
Failure to comply with the above procedures may result
in rejection of your bid.
All bids received from unregistered bidders will be either returned at
bidder's expense or retained by the Purchasing Department.
When an addendum to a listed RFQ/RFP is issued, notification will be posted only on this web site. It is the bidder's responsibility to check this web site frequently for addendums.
