Bid packages are no longer mailed to bidders. NEW BID NOTICE POSTCARDS are mailed to registered vendors who then access a special web page to print the official bid documents. All registered bidders not receiving a New Bid Notice Postcard must submit an Intent to Bid Form by clicking on the "Intent to Bid Form " link below.

 

If you wish to bid on requirements for UTC and are not currently on The UT Bidders List, you need to fill out a Bidder Application Form and e-mail it to the address on the instruction page.

VIEW ACTIVE RFQ/RFP's and RECENT AWARDS then if you wish to bid on a listed requirement, submit an INTENT TO BID FORM .

Failure to comply with the above procedures may result in rejection of your bid. All bids received from unregistered bidders will be either returned at bidder's expense or retained by the Purchasing Department.

When an addendum to a listed RFQ/RFP is issued, notification will be posted only on this web site. It is the bidder's responsibility to check this web site frequently for addendums.
