I found eRecruiting to be an invaluable resource. I applied to the job that I accepted through eRecruiting. Also, campus interviews led to many additional interviews. I went to the final round of interviews in every job that I interviewed for initially on campus. I feel that interviewing on campus gave me an edge over the other applicants that applied to the job that did not interview on campus. As a graduating college student I cannot imagine going through the job search without eRecruiting or the campus interviews. Overall, I was very satisfied with my experience with Placement Office at UTC.
