Notify OPSP of final decision to submit and if you are requesting a fee waiver for course credit. |

Contact the schools / school systems you plan to work with and secure (1) their approval for participation, (2) information you may need for the proposal, and (3) information about any formal approval process that they require. |

If you plan to work with Hamilton County Schools, complete an executive summary and budget to submit to Hamilton County Department of Education. |

Draft / prepare proposal application sections. |

Draft / schedule a meeting with OPSP to prepare your budget. |

Hold in-hand letters of support from participating school systems and any other partners. |

Enter proposal into TERA-PAMS (with proposal and final draft of budget attached) and certify to initiate UTC internal approval process. |

Provide Grants Office with final proposal, budget, and all attachments—ready to submit! |

Make arrangements for you and/or your Co-PD to come by the OPSP office to review and approve your proposal copies prior to submission. |
