Parking Information
Parking Services wishes to provide convenient, safe and attractive parking facilities that accommodate the short and long-term goals of the University. Our mission is to serve students, faculty, staff and visitors in an equitable fashion with a client centered philosophy.
Parking Services is responsible for enforcing all regulations, maintenance and expansion of all parking areas on University property. Parking Services is a self-supporting agency that receives no money from state funds, tuition or other university budget sources.
The purpose of this web site is to make it more convenient for anyone who wishes to park at the University. Some of the features at this site include Mocs Express Shuttle information, UTC campus maps, parking regulations, purchase of general decal, and renewal of reserved decal. If you have been issued a parking citation, you can even appeal it online!
Other features include visitor information, handicap information, handicap decal application, and FAQ & Tips on how to avoid parking tickets and related information. There is also a page with information on how to contact us.
PLEASE NOTE: Decals are not available for purchase or renewal until April 9.
