Spring Orientation

Registration for Spring Orientation will be available October 1, 2013. Congratulations on your decision to attend The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga!  “Flight School,” Chattanooga’s Orientation program is designed not only to prepare you for academic success at the University, but will also familiarize you with its many resources as well as the spirit, colors, and tradition that make Chattanooga so unique.

 

Immunization

Freshman and Transfer students must complete and submit the immunization form before registering for classes.  Once completed, the immunization form should be turned in or faxed to Student Development and any questions regarding the immunization form should be directed to Student Development at (423) 425-4761.

Cost

The fee for Spring Orientation is $20 per student and $10 per parent/guest.  Once fee payment is received, each student's attendance will be confirmed by email. 

There are no refunds for students or guests attending Spring Orientation.

*Orientation fees cover meals, staffing, facility/equipment rentals, paperwork, packaging, etc.

 

I've Registered for Orientation, Now What?

Once registered, please make sure you log into your MyMocs Net account and check your UTC email often.  After you have completed the online registration process, you will receive a confirmation email in your MyMocsNet account.  You will also receive a final confirmation in the week leading up to your session.  If you feel that you have fully completed the registration process and have not received a confirmation email, please contact the Orientation Office. 

 

Accessibility

If you are a student with a disability (i.e., physical, learning, psychiatric, etc.) and think you might need assistance during Orientation, please contact the Office for Students with Disabilities at 423.425.4006 or go to the office at 102 Frist Hall.
