Online Orientation
Congratulations on your recent acceptance and welcome to the Chattanooga family! For students who are unable to attend UTC's New Student Orientation in person or who are joining us for a Summer term, we’ve prepared a special online orientation to help set the stage for a successful college career. This program is offered in a condensed, user friendly format and is designed to make you aware of the many different activities, offices, resources and opportunities the University has to offer.
How do I sign up for Online Orientation? 
Students who have requested and been approved for Online Orientation will receive an email prompting them to log in to UTC Online and complete the module in mid-May. Upon completion, students will have the ability to register on the date of the next on-campus Transfer session. (i.e. students who complete Online Orientation prior to the June 7th Transfer Orientation, will also be able to register on that date).
NOTE: Students participating in Online Orientation must contact the department which offers their major to be advised and will not be able to register for classes until the date of the next on-campus Transfer session. Students who are Undecided about their major should contact the Center for Advisement and Student Success at (423) 425-4573.
