You are almost ready to spread your wings; however, there are still a few things you need to learn before you can fly. For this reason, we’ve prepared a comprehensive program to help set the stage for a successful college career.
During your Orientation (Flight School) session you will not only be prepared for academic success at the University, but will also become familiar with its many resources as well as the spirit, colors, and tradition that make Chattanooga so unique.

Prior to registering and attending an Orientation session, all students should review the Orientation Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) page and complete the Immunization Form.
Students who are entering as Freshmen during a fall term must also complete the following:
- review Math Placement information
- complete the English Directed Self-Placement
- complete the Academic Interest Questionnaire (AIQ).
*Transfer students are NOT required to complete Math and English Placement or the AIQ.
You may also want to visit the Admitted Students portion of the Undergraduate Admissions page to make sure you have not missed anything else.
The University offers a variety of Orientation programs depending upon student type and the term you are planning to enter. Select from our list of Orientation Programs for more information on the session type you will be attending.

All students must complete and submit a copy of the University's Immunization Form. This form should be turned in or faxed to Student Development prior to attending Orientation. Download the Immunization Form . |
