How to Register with OSD:
- Turn in Documentation
The application and documentation will be turned in to the OSD Director for review and approval. Once approved, the Director will contact you to schedule an intake appointment. During the intake appointment, you will meet with the Director to discuss appropriate accommodations. You will also have an opportunity to meet with the Adaptive Technology Coordinator and Student Services Coordinator. Upon agreement of accommodations, you will receive a letter to take to your professors. This letter explains to the professor the accommodations you are receiving.
