UTC McKENZIE ARENA RENTAL RATE SHEET Effective August 1, 2005 Rates are subject to Change depending on event and event size

ARENA RENTAL:

Single Day - $4,000.00 or 10% of adjusted ticket sales, whichever is greater, plus expenses.
Non Profit-$2,000.00 or 10 % of adjusted ticket sales, whichever is greater, plus expenses.

• Arena Windows, Phone, Mail Order, and Outlets $500 / week - cap 2,000.00
• Saturday or Sunday "on-sale" only $100.00 per hour
• Credit Card (Window Sales Only) 3% window sales only
• Computer ticket printing (in-house) $0.20 /ticket printed
• Box Office Supervisor –Night & Weekend $15.00
• Night / weekend & show ticket sellers $8.50 / per hr / per person

STAFFING:

• Medical Staff (min. 2) $17.00 / hr / per person
• Security Supervisor (1) $30.00 per hr
• Stage/Door Security (TBD) $17.00 / per hr / per person
• House / Event Manager (1) $11.00 per hr.
• Ushers (TBD) $8.50 / per hr / per person
• Ticket Takers (TBD) $8.50 /per hr / per person
• House Electrician/Sound (1) $25.00 / per hr

BUILDING SERVICES: (package price) $2,000.00 Flat

Includes: Individually

• Seating setup and building cleanup $750.00 /Flat
• Stage (48'x 64' max at 4'to 6' height) $750.00 /Flat
• Xenon Followspots (6 available) $100.00 /Each/Flat
• Bicycle or Stage Barricade $250.00 /Flat
• Forklift (1) $200.00 /Flat

MERCHANDISING:

Building 80% / 20% - Building does not sell.

OTHER BUILDING OPTIONS:

• 3 local access phone lines No Charge
• AT&T (Long distance access lines) Client Must Arrange Directly
• Catering Kitchen (rental) $200.00/Flat, No in-house: Several Local Buisnesses available.
