Taleo Training Toolkit
Taleo, an online applicant tracking system that gives applicants the ability to search for open positions by location and entity, upload required materials and submit employment forms after accepting a position. Applicants can check their application status electronically, and job postings are removed automatically once positions are filled.
The Taleo Training Toolkit can assist you in filling staff exempt and non-exempt vacancies and offers some quick references for using the applicant tracking system.
Performance Management Toolkit
The Performance Management Toolkit is designed to assist supervisors in evaluating their employees' performance during the annual performance review meeting, setting new goals, communicating expectations and standards of performance.
