Demise of E-Recruiting
(9/2/09)
Since 2004 the UTC campus has served as a “pilot” for E-recruiting, an applicant tracking system developed by SAP, the software company that developed IRIS. Departments and applicants have found E-recruiting less than user-friendly and UTC has discontinued use of E-recruiting effective September 9, 2009. After that date, departments will process “Request to Advertise” and “Authorization to Hire” forms available from Office of Human Resources. We are working with our Director for Equity and Diversity, Dr. Bryan Samuel, to review and improve our employment procedures, including forms. Phone Dan Webb, Director (425-4760), Nancy Owens, Associate Director (425-4729), if you have questions.
