When utilizing our services, an On-Site Job Ticket must be provided, or you may go to our web-based job submission tool (TRAC). Please fill out the form completely so that all instructions are clear. We ask that you indicate an exact date and time that your order is due. Below are detailed instructions for TRAC.
System Log-In
Open Internet Explorer and go to http://utc.ikontrac.com. Enter your Username and Password. Your Username is your UTC ID and your password is “password”. You may change your password after initial log-on. To change your password, go to the Tools Tab, click on Profile, change your password, confirm your new password, then click update. If you forget your password, just call the IKON Site Manager at 423-425-5348 and your password will be reset to “password”.
Submit a Job Request
Upon log-in, select the Copy Tab along the header bar. The Product Catalog appears on the left of the screen and The Job Manager is in the center of the screen. To submit a job, select the type of job you require from the Product Catalog. A Job Ticket for that job type will appear. Review each component and make changes as appropriate by clicking on the button to the left of the item.
All selections give the options to enter additional information such as number and name of Tabs or color of paper. A field for quantity is prompted when necessary and a Notes field appears for further clarification.
A Job Preview appears on the right side of the screen. As the job parameters change, so does the Job Preview. This gives you a visual image of an example completed job with the requirements you have selected.
After selecting the components of the job, you must select the job time and delivery requirements. The job ticket is pre-populated with your name and phone number. You must then enter your chargeback information. However, you may have the job delivered to an alternative location or individual. By selecting deliver to a different person, fields appear which allow you to input the new information.
Attach Electronic Files
If electronic files are available for attaching to the job request, click Add/Edit Attachments. Click Browse to locate your file and then click Open. When the file appears, click Upload. Once the file is uploaded and listed under the Files Attached window, click Done. You may attach single or multiple files.
Once the request is complete, click Submit to send your request to the Copy Center.
Check Job Status
After submitting a job, the Job Manager will return to the screen. All current jobs will be listed under Current/Pending jobs with the job status. To view or print a job ticket currently in production, click on the Job. If you need to make a change to a current request, please call the Copy Center.
The Job Manager also lists the last ten jobs submitted under Job History. You may resubmit these jobs for production by clicking on the job and clicking Re-Submit at the bottom of the job ticket.
