June 14 UTC Graduate School application due to guarantee consideration for fall 2013 admission.
June 14 Submit Graduation and Candidacy Application to the Graduate School for Summer 2013 degree completion and December 2013 graduation.
June 21

Submit hard copy of dissertation and dissertation exam results to the Graduate School for august degree conferral.

June 21 Submit hard copy of thesis and thesis exam results to the Graduate School for August degree conferral.
July 3 Submit non-thesis comprehensive exam results to the Graduate School for May 2013 graduation.
