Transfer Student Scholarships
Unless otherwise indicated, all transfer students may apply for scholarships with their application for admission to UTC. Deadlines for transfer scholarships vary.
UTC Transfer Scholars - June 1 deadline:
Minimum criteria to qualify: 3.25 cummulative GPA and Associate Degree or 60 earned semester hours completed. The award is $2000.
Georgia Tuition Equalization Grant
These grants are provided by the Georgia Finance Authority for approximately $600 per semester to Georgia residents who are juniors or seniors at UTC. Students must live within 50 miles of UTC and more than 50 miles from a four-year Georgia educational institution. Full-time enrollment at UTC is required and the student must have completed sixty credit hours. Applications are available in the UTC Financial Aid Office.
