UTC students who are Tennessee residents and graduate from a Tennessee high school in 2009 may qualify for the Tennessee Education Lottery Scholarships. Those interested in receiving lottery scholarship funds must complete the 2009-2010 Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) and list UTC as your first state school (school code 003529). Applications must be received by September 1 for Fall or February 1 for Spring and Summer. Funds may be limited and awarded on a first come first served basis. You will receive an award notification from the Tennessee Student Assistance Corporation if you qualify for this scholarship.

If you have completed the FAFSA but UTC is not listed first, you must complete the TSAC Change of Institution Form and return it to TSAC. Please allow 2 weeks for TSAC to notify UTC of this change. In a week to 10 days check your TSAC Account at http://www.tn.gov/CollegePays/stud_par/stu_par.htm and click on Student Inquiry to verify your school change.
