ROCK BOTTOM & ABS: This 55 minute class focuses on increasing endurance and strength in your abdominal, lower body and core areas.  This class is packed with lunging, crunching and squatting!  Whether you are a beginner or just looking to add some variety to your workout, this class is perfect for toughening up your lower body and mid section.
