The ARC fitness areas have been designed so that everyone can find workout equipment that will work for them.
We have selected equipment from fourteen different companies so you have a choice when working out.
There are multiple equipment pieces for each part of the body so waiting time will be less when the ARC is the busiest.
The ARC is setup so that it will be easier for a person to workout.
The zones that have been created will let you concentrate on your workout and give you choices on how you want to workout that day.
