High Definition Training and Sweatshop:  These high energy classes are designed to help you tone every muscle group while at the same time getting your cardiovascular workout in as well.  Be ready to use free weights, body bars, stability balls, resistance bands and even the indoor track in this calorie burning class as you move from station to station in small groups.  Great class for beginner or even more advanced participants!
