Weekend ARC Pool Party Rentals
May 4th – August 11th
Saturday
Slot 1: 11am – 2pm (set up no earlier than 10:30am, clean up ending no later than 2:30pm)
Slot 2: 3pm – 5pm (set up no earlier than 2:30pm, clean up ending no later than 5:30pm)
Slot 3: 6pm – 9pm (set up no earlier than 5:30pm, clean up no later than 9:30pm)
Sunday
Slot 4: 2pm – 5pm (set up no earlier than 1:30pm, clean up ending no later than 5:30pm)
PRICING:
Slots 1, 3 and 4: 3 hours $215
Slot 2: 2 hours $160
Features: 2 story tube slide, lazy river, tube plunge, water volleyball and basketball, hot water spa, beach entry
Price includes 3 lifeguards for a party of up to 30 participants. Additional participants will be $5 each.
Parties must keep ratio of at least 1 adult per 4 children in the water
Registration: $50.00 non-refundable deposit at time of reservation to hold date.
Must be paid in full two weeks from event
Payment method is by check only and made out to UTC, all checks can be sent to the campus recreation offices M – F 8am – 5pm or mailed to the following address:

Refund Policy: Half refund with 1 week notice. Less than one week notice no refund
A waiver must be filled out by all participants before entering the facility
Birthday cake and food is permitted (UTC Campus Rec will not provide either). All drinks must be Coca-Cola products.
