Campus Recreation Mission Statement The UTC Campus Recreation Department is a student oriented and student lead organization that is a part of the UTC Student Development division of The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga. Its only mission is to serve the students, faculty and staff of this University in all their recreation needs. The department will use recreation as a tool to develop our students physically, socially, and mentally into more productive and capable citizens.
