Payment of Fees, Confirmation of Attendance, Cancellation
- Students who register on or by April 30, 2008 must pay fees/confirm attendance for all Summer sessions with the Bursar’s Office to prevent the automatic cancellation of the student’s classes. Payment is due for Summer AM1 and Summer PM1 by April 30, 2008. Confirmation of Attendance for Summer AM2, AM3 and PM2 is due by the April 30, 2008 deadline to avoid cancellation and payment is due by the first official day of classes of each session to avoid a late fee.
- Only those students registered by April 24, 2008 will be mailed a Mocs Express Statement.
- Students who register after the April 30, 2008 cancellation and those students that re-register for summer sessions will NOT automatically be cancelled for non-confirmation of attendance or nonpayment. It is the responsibility of these students to drop individual classes or to withdraw from all classes to prevent the assessment of fees and to avoid the risk of receiving a failing grade in courses not taken.
- Students must withdraw or drop classes prior to the first official day of each of the summer sessions to avoid charges.

If you owe money…
- Check or Cash: Pay in person or use the enclosed envelope to return your check to UTC before the April 30, 2008 deadline.
- MasterCard or Visa: Pay by phone, in person, mail or online at www.UTC.edu. Click on "money matters", "pay fees", then "pay fees online".
If you owe nothing OR are to receive money…
Sign the Confirmation of Attendance form (bottom portion of Mocs Express Statement) and use the enclosed envelope to return it to UTC before the April 30, 2008 deadline.
OR
Credit and zero balances may confirm on your MocsNet account under "MY MOCS EXPRESS STATEMENT". You must meet the April 30, 2008 deadline.
To receive your additional financial aid funds…
You must confirm with the Bursar’s Office by the April 30, 2008 deadline date.
You may send a self-addressed stamped envelope to have your check mailed on May 6, 2008.
OR
Pick up your funds on May 6, 2008 from 9:00am until 5:00pm in 216 Fletcher Hall.
