GOLD, UTC Graduates Of the Last Decade

What is GOLD?

Gold encompasses all alumni of UTC who have graduated, or passed at least 24 semester hours from the university within ten years of the most recent graduating class.Take our Young Alumni Survey and enter to win a Mocs Spirit Pack!

At UTC, approximately 12,720 or 36.4% are graduates of the last 10 years, and this number is growing larger with every graduating class. Of those approximately 7,000 young alumni live in Hamilton County. Because of this large number and the fact that our young alumni represent an abundance of virtually untapped resources of energy and enthusiasm, the GOLD program was established to provide an opportunity for more organized participation and leadership within the younger group.

Those interested in applying do not have to live in the greater Chattanooga area.

If you are interested in applying for a position on the new UTC GOLD Council, or would like to nominate someone, please submit the GOLD Council application along with a copy of your resume to our office by Wednesday, April 16, 2008. A committee will meet to select the first class of council members and you will be notified of their selections by May 1, 2008. The first council meeting will occur in May or June; a specific date will be announced soon.
