What is Supplemental Instruction (SI)?

Supplemental Instruction (SI) is a free academic program that provides help for students in BIOL 1910 and CHEM 1110. Studies show that students who attend SI regularly increase their GPA up to one full letter grade. Please see the attached schedule for times and locations.

What Happens During SI?

• Students review notes
• Discuss readings
• Develop organization tools
• Prepare for exams

How do I become an SI Leader?

If you are interested in becoming an SI Leader for the Center for Advisement and Student Success, please fill out the SI Application and return to 106 CANX.
