Who is considered a Transfer Student?
Applicants for admission as degree seeking students who have been registered at another college or university and transfer more than 12 hours of college level non-developmental coursework are classified as transfer students. An applicant who transfers fewer than 12 hours of college level non-developmental coursework must meet the minimum requirements for new freshman.

This site is provided for transfer assistance in the state of Tennessee for the students working towards completion of associate degrees designed for transfer at our two year community colleges, and who plan to transfer to a TBR, UT, or participating TICUA institution to complete a bachelor's degree.
