Campus Visits
We want to invite both prospective students and parents to learn more about our campus and the surrounding area by registering for a tour! This important part of the enrollment process provides a more in depth look at student life here at UTC. Campus tours are given most Monday - Friday afternoons at 2:00 pm Eastern time. Sign Up Now!
Applying to Chattanooga
Now that you and your student have seen our campus, it's time to apply! To view and print admissions requirements, materials needed to apply, and a step by step checklist click here.
Your student will also have the opportunity to login and check their status using the same username and password they created when they applied. Encourage them to visit the "Check Your Status" portion of our webpage.
Campus Life
You may be wondering what your student will do once they are here... other than studying. Whether it is greek life, club sports, intramurals, athletic events, concerts, spending time at the riverfront, or participating in one of more than 150 student organizations, there is plenty to do at UTC. Financial Aid and Scholarships
During the last school year, UTC awarded more than 2,500 scholarships totaling more than $6 million, and we award more than $85 million in total financial aid, including grants, loans, work-study opportunities, and scholarships. Chattanooga boasts some of the nicest on-campus housing in the southeast for nearly 3,000 residential students. At UTC, we no longer have traditional style dorms, but offer apartment style living instead.
The Bursar's Office provides information about the cost of attending Chattanooga as well as details about payments, refunds, discount rates, etc.
