UTC’s Degree in 3 Program

Minimum eligibility requirements
- Students must have a 3.0 cumulative high school grade point average and a 21 ACT score (980 SAT equivalent)
- Students are admitted on a cohort basis at the beginning of the freshman year. New transfer and currently enrolled students are not eligible to participate.
Continuation Requirements
- Students must remain continuously enrolled AND follow the prescribed guidelines for course registration. Any deviation from the three-year track plan can possibly nullify this agreement.
- Students must remain in good academic and disciplinary standing at the University. Students must also meet all degree requirements that are listed on their MyMocs degree sheet.
Benefits
Degree In 3 program students will receive priority registration at the beginning of each term.
UTC guarantees that courses will be offered and available for students who participate in the Degree In Three program.
This contract with Degree In Three students will be effective and extend as long as the minimum continuation standards are maintained.
Select academic programs are participating in the Degree In Three program. All benefits to participation are strictly reserved for approved Degree In Three students. Please direct all questions about the Degree In Three to your participating academic department.

*This savings figure is based on the 2011-12 cost of attendance calculation for a full-time enrolled in-state residency student. Cost savings will vary as student enrollment deviates from this primary group.
