With over 40 classes offered per week the ARC offers a wide variety of exercise opportunities. We have chosen the best and brightest instructors to provide an environment in which everyone can get fit and have fun while doing it!

Fitness Instruction

These are ongoing programs throughout the semester. These programs are designed to lead the participants in the right direction to accomplish their fitness goals.

Fitness Education

FREE Nutritional Counseling Sessions - Click here for more info and to get signed up!

Weekly Nutrition Tips and Fitness Tips

These programs will help facilitate your knowledge of current nutritional and exercise techniques with a variety of seminars and one-on-one clinics.

Fitness Floor

The Exercise floor is setup so that it will be easier for a person to workout. Zones have been created to let you concentrate on your workout and give you choices on how you want to work out that day.

Any questions regarding equipment or technique, feel free to ask one of our Fitness Team Members for answers!
