P90X and Insanity Training:  Looking for a high intensity, cardio, strength and core training workout all in one? Our continuous program, P90X and Insanity Training will give you all that and MORE!!  Come join Paul, Alyssa and Zach to discover what MOTIVATION and DEDICATION are really all about!!

New!  Sweatshop:   This class is a great way to get your heart pumping while working on your strength, endurance and agility. Each class is filled with various activities differing each week such as pushups, pull-ups, kettlebells lifts, calisthenics, power rope work and much more!  Each week will be a new adventure!  Come ready to burn some calories. Beginners welcome.

New!  High Definition Training:  Get ready to start your week off on a good note with this high energy and motivating workout! This energetic class consists of cardio and strength exercises that will tone your whole body by using only pair of 3-5lbs dumbbells and a small step-up. This class is for all fitness levels. Get ready to move and groove your way to the new tone body you desire!  Beginners welcome!

New! Stretch and Flex: This 35 minute flexibility session will help to loosen up your whole body from head to toe. 

Cardio Sculpt:  This class is designed to provide a full body weight training workout, while keeping your heart pumping! A wide variety of exercise equipment is used including resistance bands, body bars, free weights and stability balls.  This is a great class for beginners or even participants with a regular workout routine. 

Kickboxing:  This class is a great way to get your heart pumping while working on your speed and coordination.  It is filled with kicking, punching, and many other kickboxing techniques.  Come ready to work with weights for toning up as well!  Beginners welcome.

Zumba: This class is a fusion of Latin and International music. Zumba combines high energy and motivating music with unique moves and combinations that make working out fun while maximizing caloric output, fat burning and total body toning. Zumba continues to be the most requested class each semester!  Come join us in this exciting class here at the ARC!

Yoga:   This class combines mental, physical and breathing techniques that are associated with Yoga which will help you build strength, improve flexibility, and reduce stress.  Stretch and move to better health and get the toned look you have always wanted!  Appropriate for all fitness levels.  Try out our Night Owl Yoga if you like those late night workouts and our new Sunrise Yoga if you are more of a morning person!

Hip Hop Dance:  Come burn some calories while having a blast in this 50-minute dance class. Whether you've had past dance experience or you are just beginning, this class will make your workout fun and keep you toned at the same time!

Spin Cycle:  Uniquely tailored to suit a wide range of abilities and fitness goals, this class offers energizing, high geared cardiovascular training and great lower body strengthening. Come "ride" your way to a whole new level of fitness. Don’t forget a towel and plenty of water! You will sweat!

Spin/Sculpt:   Looking for a good mid day cardio workout paired with full body sculpting to get you in shape?  This is the class for you!  Spin/sculpt begins with 30 minutes of heart pumping cardio on the Spin bike then participants come off the bikes to end with 25 minutes of full body sculpting using bands, body weight and stability balls.  See you there!

Intermediate Spin:  This high energy class takes spinning to the next level with longer intervals, steeper hill climbs and less breaks! Step up your cardio workout with this new class at the ARC!

Rock Bottom and Abs:  This 50-minute class focuses on increasing endurance and strength in your abdominal, lower body and core areas. This class is packed with cardio, lunging, crunching and squatting of all types!  Learn to use bands and free weights to work your legs, abs and glutes.  Whether you are a beginner or just looking to add some variety to your workout, this class is perfect for toughening up your lower body and mid section.

Ballet Dance:  This class will introduce students to learning ballet in a fun and relaxed atmosphere.  Barre, center work and stretching will be incorporated in this unique new class. No previous experience necessary.

Step Aerobics:  This is a class designed for beginners or intermediate fitness levels. Step will help increase your cardiovascular fitness with choreographed step circuits and get an added bonus with the sculpting section of the class. Come strengthen and tone your whole body with this energetic 50 minute class!

Boot Camp:  This high energy class is designed to help you tone every muscle group while at the same time, getting your cardiovascular workout in as well.  Be ready to use free weights, body bars, stability balls, resistance bands and even the indoor track in this calorie burning class as you move from station to station in small groups.  Great class for beginners or even more advanced participants!

Strength & Sculpt:   Can't resist this!  This 50 minute resistance workout will strengthen and tone your whole body.  Using free weights, body bars, balance balls, resistance bands, and your own body weight you will tighten and tone your body from head-to-toe!"

Aqua Zumba:  This invigorating workout is basically a pool party!  The basic steps of Zumba are adapted to the water environment so that everyone can experience a safe, challenging, water based workout that’s cardio –conditioning, body toning, and most of all exhilarating beyond belief!

Water Aerobics:  Come take a dip in the pool and get your heart pumping with one of our water aerobics classes. Water aerobics is less strain on your muscles and easier on the joints than traditional exercise, but at the same time gives you a great workout with a mixture of cardio and strength training.  Deep water aerobics is on T/TH with floatation belts available for non-swimmers.

*Classes are all on a first come, first serve basis!  All fitness classes are 50-55 minutes unless otherwise noted.
