UHON Cultural Trip 2005
Florence and Rome, Italy
The UHON Program 2005 cultural trip was designed to explore the art and architecture of ancient Rome and the Italian Renaissance. All students traveling were registed for a 1-credit fine arts seminar that introduced them to some key concepts and works they would be seeing. The itinerary offered students some organized group visits, but made them responsible for planning some parts of the trip for themselves. Below is a list of the required visits and experiences. In addition to these requirements, many students used the free day in Florence or the free day in Rome to travel by train to other sites, including Pisa, Bologna and Pompeii. |
