ADJUNCT FACULTY

  Robert Zylstra, EdD, LCSW Dr. Zylstra earned his MSW degree from the University of Michigan and the doctorate degree in educational psychology from the University of Memphis. He is the Director of Behavioral Science for the UT College of Medicine Chattanooga.  In addition to his involvement with family medicine, he has worked as a home health care social worker, supervisor of a community hospital's social work department, and business manager for an outpatient medical office. Dr. Z's research and teaching interests focus on the areas of community medicine, mental health and geriatrics.   He teaches SOCW 308 and SOCW 460 in the Social Work Program.
