The recognition that the development of future educators is incomplete without the collaboration of multiple alliances, including (but not limited to) P-12 educators, content area experts, professional service agencies, parents, family community organizations, research institutes, educational foundations, and local, state, and federal governments.

ENGAGES in collaboration with other agencies outside the school setting to promote and enhance the learning environment.
