Teaching Responsibilities:

Teaching responsibilities and interests currently include Organizational Psychology, Motivation, Human Resource Training, and Research Methods.

Research Interests:

Dr. Bing's primary research interests are focused on how individual differences in personality are related to workplace outcomes, such as job performance and workplace violence. He is actively involved in developing new measures of personality, and integrating these new measures with traditional ones for assessment purposes in personality research. The results of these personality research projects, and the new measurement techniques, are then applied in organizational settings to improve upon current personnel selection procedures.
