Research Interests

My primary research interest revolves around leader/subordinate interactions. Specifically, I am interested in the conceptualization and measurement of the leader-member exchange construct. I am also interested in the proximal and distal effects of antisocial individuals within organizations.

 

Teaching Interests

My primary teaching interests are graduate level leadership and motivation courses. Additionally, I enjoy teaching classes in psychometrics and test theory. My secondary teaching interests include research methods, performance evaluation, psychological measurement, and social psychology.
