Dr. Robert Swansbrough

- Bachelor of Arts in History (1961) - California State University at Long Beach
As a graduate student Dr. Swansbrough specialized in international relations and comparative government of the Soviet Union and Latin America, American governmental processes, and American political thought.
Since coming to UTC in 1971 his research has focused on electoral politics in Tennessee and in the South, American foreign policy, party realignment and realignment in Tennessee, and political psychology as applied to Presidential decision making.
