Paul Vogler is a teaching artist and musician in the Atlanta area. He also teaches World Music at UT Chattanooga as well as Jazz Lab Band and Music Appreciation for Georgia Perimeter College. His company Lake Productions has been providing educational programming and interactive museum exhibits since 1995.

Most recently Paul presented a music workshop for Atlanta History Center’s Black World Music Series, recorded and produced music and exhibits for Georgia Music Hall of Fame in Macon, GA and Creative Discovery Museum, Chattanooga, TN.

The residency “Our Minds Are On Georgia” is in its sixth year. This program is a direct descendant of “The Bessie Bus”, a mobile jazz and blues program Paul developed and implemented in Chattanooga, TN in 1995. The Bessie Bus won the 1997 Dorothy Mullen National Arts Award. Paul also maintains an active performance schedule playing steel drum, vibraphone and percussion.
