The Music Department awards scholarships in the form of performance grants to incoming and continuing students. Through the successful completion of an audition, students who exhibit outstanding musicianship become eligible for grants ranging from modest stipends to full in-state tuition. These grants are renewable for a period of up to four years if all continuation requirements have been met. The recipient's obligations may include participation in one or more large ensembles and enrollment in applied instruction in the appropriate instrument or voice. The awarding of these grants reflects the music faculty's strong commitment to developing and maintaining excellent student performing ensembles.Audition Dates:
