Inagural UTC Honor Wind Ensemble
Friday April 20 and Saturday April 21, 2012
Conductor: Stuart Benkert, Director of Bands
Students invited to participate in this event will perform with the UTC Wind Ensemble in concert and receive several other benefits.
Eligibility
High school juniors who participated in Tennessee Music Education Association's 2012 All-State Band."
Expenses are paid by the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga and include:
- Accommodations in a 4-star downtown Chattanooga Hotel and meals
- Private lessons with studio professors
- A personal guided tour of campus
- Rehearsals with the UTC Wind Ensemble
Students will need to register/sign-in on April 20 at 12:00 p.m. The two-day event concludes with a 5:00 p.m. concert in the Roland Hayes Concert Hall on the UTC campus.
