Hotel Information

A block of rooms has been reserved for the conference at the Chattanooga Clarion Hotel.
The rate is $66 per night plus tax.
The self-parking rate is $7 per night plus tax.

HOW TO MAKE YOUR ROOM RESERVATION

Call the hotel directly at (423) 756-5150 between the hours of 9 and 5 EDT.
Be sure to give them the group name "S.E.A.R.C.D.E."
You must call by thursday October 7th to get the group rate.

DIRECTIONS FROM THE CLARION TO THE EMCS BUILDING

Turn left out of the hotel parking lot, go down to Fourth Street and take a right.
You will follow Fourth Street for about 12 blocks and take a right at Palmetto Street.
(You will pass a high school on the left about one block before you turn right onto Palmetto.)
Go through the next intersection (Fifth Street) and turn right into the big parking lot.
This is the (new) EMCS Building.
