Visitors Traveling by Air
The local airport is Chattanooga Airport (CHA), but there is regular shuttle service through Groome Transportation to and from both Nashville International Airport (BNA) and Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport (ATL).

Groome Transportation can help you get to and from your hotel on your travel days. You must make arrangements prior to your day of travel (a minimum of 24 hours notice), and the cost is $12 to drop you off at your hotel when you arrive and an additional $12 to pick you up on the day that you depart. Visitors Traveling by Car
The conference will be held during the University's Spring Break. However, Parking Services is enforcing the regulations during this time.
With a permit, you can park in Lot #10, adjacent to the EMCS building where the conference will be held. However, each car will require a parking pass. Notify the organizers if you need a pass, and we will have a limited number to provide to visitors free of charge.

Accommodations
The Sheraton hotel Chattanooga has agreed to offer us group rates for the conference at $94/night (king room) or $99/night (double queen) plus tax. The address of the hotel is:
