Coaching and Experience:
- Coached eight different sports from elementary school through NCAA Division I
- Winning Percentage of .685 and 76 championships
- Taught second grade through eighth grade for 7 years
- One of the first 125 people in the world to earn the CSCS certification
- One of the original Reebok CORPS (Circuit of Reebok Professionals and Specialists)
- Co-Author of the text: Fitness for a Lifetime-Through Active Living 5 th edition
- National Chairman of the Nutrition, Metabolism and Body Composition Special Interest Group of the NSCA
