B.S. in Health and Human Performance with a concentration in Exercise Science: Pre-Professional

This concentration becomes active in the Fall of 2009. It is replacing the current Movement Science Concentration.

This concentration is designed for anyone interested in pursuing graduate studies in Physical Therapy, Athletic Training or Clinical Exericise Physiology. It requires a large number of science classes. It will meet all the pre-requisuites for those graduate programs at the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga. In addition to the science classes, you will have several classes on exercise and physical activity and the effects they have on the body. These classes will further enhance your preparations for graduate school in the health professions.

Degree requirements: Class Check Sheet for Health and Human Performance: Exercise Science Pre-Professional Concentration beginning Fall 2009 (Any student currently enrolled may change to a later catalog year. For example, if you enrolled at UTC in the Fall of 2004, you could change to the 2006-2007 catalog.You may not, however, change to a catalog year prior to entering UTC such as 2002-2003.)
