Inside the Criminal Mind
This is a Special Topics course designed to generate interest and discussion about the nature of law, the design of the justice systems, and the characteristics of the population passing through the “Halls of Justice”. Particular attention will be directed at offender profiles, their methods, and motivations. Focus will also be directed on crime prevention strategies so as to avoid victimization.

About the professor
Dr. Roger Thompson teaches courses about crime and public policy. He is active in the community on projects related to crime prevention.
