Help! My Roommate Is Driving Me Crazy!! Skills to Understand and Resolve Conflicts
Students will learn about interpersonal conflict in daily life and have opportunities to evaluate their own personal style and approach to conflict situations. Basic negotiation and mediation techniques will be emphasized. In addition to reading and discussion, students will study and view video taped conflict situations in order to practice skills to make them more effective in recognizing, facing, and effectively resolving everyday interpersonal conflict situations.
This course is tentatively set to be offered on Tuesdays at 3:05 p.m.

About the professor
Dr. Bradley teaches courses in special education, early childhood education, and English as a Second Language. She has developed and supervised Student Mediation programs in public schools and has conducted research on adult conflict skills for school settings. Dr. Bradley is a certified mediator in the State of Tennessee.
