Show Me the Money
This course is the FDIC’s Money Smart for Young Adults curriculum which helps young adults learn the basics of handling their money and finances. Topics covered include: how to make a credit card work for you, how to keep track of your money, why you should save, borrowing basics, paying for college and cars, and how to choose and keep a checking account. Additionally, students will learn how to obtain a free copy of their credit report and how to protect themselves from identity theft.
This course is tentatively scheduled to meet on Wednesdays at 1:00 p.m.
