Students develop oral and written communication skills for assuming leadership roles in a wide variety of interdisciplinary professional settings.
Objectives

- To prepare students for professional positions in government, private, non-profit, and academic sectors.
- To provide a curriculum that incorporates critical thinking and concrete problem-solving exercises dealing with environmental issues in a real world context.
- To support further graduate study and to prepare students to enter doctoral programs.
