H.I.C.E. is made up of two professors and nine students. Dr. James Bailey PhD and Dr. Phil Kazemersky PhD leads a team of mechanical engineering students tasked to introduce hydrogen to Chattanooga via internal combustion engines. The students are Jonathan Blanco, Joe Branam, Dustin Jones, Justin Mcbath, Paul Miller, Jonathan Parrish, Nick Rader, Tyler Wolfford, and Ed Yates. H.I.C.E. has delegated assignments into roles. These roles vary throughout the year but are crucial to reach success. These roles are shown below.
